Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) is a not-for-profit financial cooperative providing services to members of select employee groups and residents of select counties throughout South Central Texas. Financial products include checking, savings, money market accounts, CDs, auto loans, credit cards, home equity, mortgages, and business banking. Account access is available online using NetBranch Online. With this service, members can view account balances, transfer funds, apply for a loan, order checks, pay bills, and scan deposits. Account access is also available using HAL, a twenty-four hour automated account access telephone system. RBFCU has 37 branch locations throughout Austin, Boerne, Buda, Floresville, Gonzales, Kerrville, Live Oak, Lockhart, New Braunfels, San Antonio, San Marcos, Schertz and Seguin.
Founded in 1952 to serve the personnel at Randolph Air Force Base, RBFCU has over 325,000 members and $4 billion in assets.

I've been an RBFCU member for 7 years. I've always maintained a positive balance, usually greater than $1000. My credit has improved tremendously but I still cannot get approved for a card with them.
