I have had this card since I was in college beginning in 2002, with a beginning credit limit of $500 and an interest rate over 20%. Since then I have diligently paid my bills on time. Without asking, Capital One has reduced my interest rate and upped my credit limit to $4000 over the years. I "missed" a payment one month and CapitalOne contacted me, very politely, to schedule a payment. I had misplaced my statement and forgotten to write a check. They offered to waive my penalty, and did not report the payment as late. Now that is service!

These numbers are not updated on a regular basis. I do not owe any money to Bloomingdales and my balance on Capital One is only $150

I use this card for everything. It has the best rewards with no annual fees, and they are the easiest to redeem. They have protected me multiple times from fraud, and removed any charges that were not mine from my bill. The website is easy to use. Highly recommend this card.

great Visa no annual fee and I get Air miles no blackout dates Capitol one has been with me for 10 years or more!!!!! No problems.......

Was approve $500 about 10 mos ago, after 5 mos was increased to $750. AvantageScore of 585 when approved. After that was approve for a No Hasslle MC $500 with a VantageScore of 685 and Transrisk Score of 625 I have 2 charge off card with this company, 5 ang 6 years of age charge off cards.

I hate capital ONe. After applying for them once and received wrong card, One that they charge a fee,they told me to reapply. I did for another card they denied me score is 745.. They suck, they only want people with bad credit and they will never increase card.. I really think people should bycott capital one bank.. I received a credit card from my credit union for $15000.. YES credit unions rule!!!

I foudn ou that Capital one sucks because YES they don't want people with Good credit. They want people they can make $ off of.

I have numourous cards with most of the biggest banks and could get one anywhere. I have found Capital One to be the truest to their word, easiest to deal with, and the stablest of rates in the banking industry thus far.

after continually being solicited, by Capital One, for their credit card, I finally gave in, applied for their card and was DENIED !! After denying me, they continued to solicit me. I now tear up the application and mail it back to them.
