Citicards has several good cards, however; there aren't much for customer service. Hubby and I have stopped doing business with Citi because we felt like numbers rather than people.

CK Score of 756, 60k per year income, I was immediately approved with a 10,900 limit! And a 10% APR after the 12 months at 0%. Haven't used it yet and not sure about the point system, but very excited about the high limit and low APR.

I've had this card for 3-4 years.  Never had an issue, and my APR keeps going down.  It's been stuck at 7.74% for a year or two now.  Points aren't HUGE, but I've definitely gotten a bunch of gift cards out of it over the years just with regular usage.  Two thumbs up.

Thanks for the info. I have this card too and am very happy with it. It looks like a Black card which is a plus and I've racked up a lot of points on it. Used it recently for my hotel stay at the W in New York for the holidays and still have points left over. How exactly are the cash back cards better?

I have this card. Mostly because they were offering 10,000 bonus points on sign up at the time. Best rewards-points system I've seen (bust still not as good as cash-back cards). Equals 1% rewards in gift cards (large selection) if you can reach 10,000 points. Was my primary card until I recently switched to Capital One No Hassle Cash Rewards.
