Their practices are horrible! I had a good limit with them and they promise to protect you from fraud. When I had some fraud on my credit report they lowered my limit and didn't ask any questions. I faxed them proof of the fraud where I had been talking to the credit bureaus and am having it removed but they still state I must wait a few months until they re-investigate my credit worthiness. Are you serious? Like, it's my fault someone used my ss #. Plus, citi was supposed to monitor and protect this it's all over the Home Depot credit webpage. I've always paid them more than the min. balance and this is what I get. This card is going in the trash!

Have always paid my balance off in a timely manner, no late payments, I have a good credit score. Lately they have been holding all pending transactions until they can verify them by phone with me, which doesn't really work when you're trying to purchase gas at the pump etc. I will be cancelling this card ASAP.
