Membership requirements include personnel of the U.S. military, immediate family of current members, and former spouses of USAA members.
In 1922, USAA was founded by army officers in San Antonio, Texas. Today, USAA bank has 7.7 million members.

I use USAA for everything: Banking, Credit Cards, Investments, Property Insurance, Car Insurance, Life Insurance. You can't go wrong with them. I also have accounts with Navy Federal and Pentagon Federal, but they don't hold a candle to USAA. USAA's mobile banking is incredible.

Like other reviewers here, I have converted all of my finances to USAA, over the past few years and I've never looked back. I made the decision to go with USAA after being royally screwed over by the credit union (Desert Schools FCU) I had been doing business with for 20+ years. I can't foresee any reason to make changes; the rates are excellent, customer service is best in class, the website and mobile banking make life so much easier. USAA's commitment to do the right thing because it's the right thing to do says it all.

Have a checking account with USAA and I love em!!! The customer service is second to none and if you have a problem they will work until they get to the bottom of the issue!

Great service! I have a checking/savings account with them and recently got approved for their credit card. I had an issue with my mailing address that they solved very quickly all through email. I highly recommend them.

Amazing bank, better than a credit union. A not for profit company that gives dividens back to it's users at the end of the year!

Best bank that I have ever used. USAA also has exceptional auto insurance. Go to their website and check them out: www.usaa.com

Who needs branches? USAA makes it easy. Check deposits by iPhone or Android or PC, or at a UPS store, or by mail. Cash anwhere, with ATM fees reimbursed. Great customer service. This bank is the best!
