Yes Chase is good if you don't want to be able to see real time transactions. Chase can't even tell you when you are at a zero balance. They can only tell you that you paid your bill in full. Their online banking leaves you guessing because they cannot show you your transactions that make up the balance in full stated on online banking. I have been with Chase Ink since 2004 and I have always paid my card in full several times a month. But when I closed my account I am showing a balance due even though I have paid all my transactions up to date. When I called Chase they could not even tell me when I carried a zero balance to date to try and find any mistakes. They could only tell me that my balance was paid in full and did not have any balance from the last months statement. They can't tell me if I carried a zero balance in the middle of a billing cycle. How is that when my personal credit card company can? As a customer I should be able to watch for fraud and all my transactions as they occur.

I have this card! It isn't showing up on my Credit Karma report, but it is a great card! I am listing this post as anonymous, so moderator can correct my credit karma info.. I can't find a "CONTACT US" button!

We show information that is presented to TransUnion. Go to AnnualCreditReport.com and look at your credit report. If it is not there, you should contact Chase.

I used to have this credit card , for no reason they bumped my interest from 9.99 to 19.99 and now to 25.99 , I asked them the reason , they said my credit rating was not good ( none of the other companies reduced my rate ) , all they answer is no better rate is available ... a total rip off .. Please don't ever take Ink ..

I was declined. I called for a reconsideration and they said My oldest Credit Card was too new! only opened in 2006! so 5 years of perfect payment history was not enough. On top of that I have my business, checking, savings, mortgage etc with Chase!

declined with 780 credit score, and no debt- I always pay off my card(s) in full each month.

Would NEVER use Chase. They are one of the "preditory" lenders that we've heard so much about.

WOW! Thank you for the notes. I consider myself lucky. I was researching for a while and just came across this to see if it may be worth it (received a thing in the mail about it). It turns out because of all of this info I won't be applying for this card. I'd rather save myself a hard inquiry. THANK YOU ALL!!!

Have an excellent credit score also but for some reason have been denied also 5/06/2010.
I guess they do not want to lend at the moment. I have never been denied a card before.
