They've given me a great rate, been with them for a while after Farmers, and I've been quite happy with them. Online payment, and online "print our yourself" forms so you're never, ever stuck driving around without current documentation. Very happy with them.

LOVE THEM!  I've had a couple of accidents over the years and my car was quickly and correctly fixed, and my rates didn't go up astromonically.  Never had a problem with them. 

Have been with them 5 years. Still have not found a less expensive company, don't know if I would want a lower cost. You get what you pay for.

Had my suv stolen while unloading christmass gifts on Dec 11 2011 and had full coverage 21st did not pay for any gifts(personal property)$2000 worth of gifts, paid for towing but not the storage,the nice people that towed my truck stored it for free it took 15 days for a adjuster and a total of 42 days 2 complete the claim worst experience of a insurance claim ever!!LOWBALLERS ON KBB VALUE .21ST TOLD US THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FULL COVERAGE! BUYER BEWARE!

Very good company, been with them for over a year now, the lowest rate hands down. I was with Allstate for 4 years before moving.

Perfect insurance, 21st Century Insurance for Auto Insurance and have been pleased with them since 1988.  Just remember that YOU, have the upper hand in taking your wrecked vehicle to whom ever you want, though.  Don't let them tell you that you can't!!  They, like anyother insurance company will tell you anything, but as for their rates, always tell them that you need to have your payments due on a date after you get paid, so you can swing and pay it on time.  Like, I get paid on the the last day of the month, so my payment is due on the 5th of the next month and I have them take the payment from my checking automatically.   Just a word of help to you all.  The rates are great and I have changed mine for the 100,000.00 deal since I commute over 50 miles round trip to work and you know how those crazy drivers are in commute traffic.....I pay double for four months then off two months then they send another 6 month policy and it starts again or you can do what my daughter does and pay each month, but remember to get that payment date after you get paid to accommodate YOU.  Hope this has helped you all.....

We have been using them for 2 years. Much cheaper than Progressive our former Ins. I like that they automaticly lower our rates so we never have to call and bug them for it.
